We can handle all of your FFL transfers needs.
At just $41.00 total for each firearm ($11 CBI Background Check Fee/$10.00 FFL Transfer Fee per firearm/$20.00 Handling Fee per firearm), Our rates are some of the lowest in town!
We also offer private party transfers and handle all of the paperwork involved. The buyer will have to provide a valid state or government issued ID and fill out a background check form 4473. The seller simply needs to provide a State or Government issued ID. Private Party transfers must be started 1 Hour prior to close. Internet transfers must be started 1/2 Hour prior to close. Private Party Transfers are $50 plus Background Check Fee of $11. Any additional firearm is $30.
If you are having a firearm shipped to us, please make sure your seller has up to date contact info for you. We do NOT accept transfer from individuals any longer. All transfers must ship through a dealer.
If you are going to purchase a stripped lower receiver or frame, you must be: a Colorado resident with valid CO ID/DL or US Military with PCS orders to Colorado, and be over 21 years old.
Our FFL is on file with many popular dealers online. If your seller needs a copy of our FFL, it is linked at the top of the page. Just right-click and save-as and send it to them, direct them to our page to download it themselves, or contact us if they need it direct from us.
NFA/Title II/Class 3 Transfers are available upon request. Suppressor transfer fees start at $75. AOW/SBR/SBS and Machine Gun transfers start at $125. Please contact us with the item specifics for an exact price.Â
Abandoned Transfers will be charged storage fees of $10 per week after 30 days. Once the storage fees have exceeded 50% of the firearm's value we will sell the firearm, deduct our storage fees, and return the remainder to the buyer.
The CBI background check and transfer fees are non refundable and will not be refunded in the event that the customer fails to pass their background check or the transaction is cancelled by either the sending dealer or the receiving customer. We are not responsible for the condition of the transferred firearm. All shipping charges are
the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the CBI/FBI NICS denies the transfer, the buyer has several choices:
1.) We will hold the firearm while the buyer appeals the denial. If the buyer files the appeal in store at the time of the denial, no storage fees will accrue as we will not penalize buyers for the state or government's delays. If the buyer does not file the appeal in store at the time of denial we will charge a storage fee of $10 per week to store the firearm. Once the storage fees have exceeded 50% of the firearm's value we will sell the firearm, deduct our storage fees, and return the remainder to the buyer.
2.) Arrange with the seller for the return of the firearm and pay us for any return shipping fees incurred.
3.) Consign the firearm with us.
Returns/Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original
box, we will exchange it or offer you store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. The product must be returned
within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging,
including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open
box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is
opened or removed from its original packaging. All firearm returns will be assessed a minumum 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Buyer agrees to pay all return shipping and handling cost.
Sales on the following items are final and we dot not permit the returns of them for any reason:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. NFA items or accessories.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
5. Ammunition sales are Final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for ammo of any type or kind.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your
package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost
or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of
the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and there is a 30-calendar-day
waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on
returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused
Used Firearms
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. We use the "Blue Book of Guns Photo Percentage Grading System" to grade condition. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as used or previously owned. All sales on used firearms come with a 7 day inspection period. Photos will be provided when available. Shipping is not refundable. Returns will be issued as store credit only.
General Firearm Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Items marked "On The Shelf Today" are physically in-stock and ready to ship/pickup. All other items are available through our distributors' warehouse. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Online Price & Description Errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that $dealerName will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Purchasing Firearms Online
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). No refunds will be given on denials.
Shipping & Insurance
Shipping fees will be determined by the size of the box and weight, rates based on FedEx rates. Signature is required, but insurance is up to the customer at checkout.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
